Even when I'm bad, I'm good
So, this past week I made a semi-concious decision to relax on the diet a bit. I was craving favorite junk foods and wanting a semi-return to normal eating life. I had cookie dough and ice cream and pizza and cookies and doughnut holes and a Hostess cupcake. I ate almost twice my allotted points almost every day this week. I barely exercised.
And I still lost a pound.
It helps that I wasn't insane in my eating for the week. I'd have a cup of ice cream, not eat the whole pint. I'd have a piece of pizza, not half of it. I didn't drink any wine or cider at the No Pants show.
So, I'm feeling rejuvenated about the diet. I got to cheat a bit and it didn't totally screw me up and I'm now able to look ahead to this week with renewed discipline.
Go me!
