Reason #53

Another reason why I really dislike smokers*:

They litter.

Of course, we let them. They think it's entirely reasonable. Someone who would never wad up their candy wrapper and throw it on the ground casually flips their butt and walks away. And we let them.

This morning, I saw a man fling his butt on the ground and get on the bus. And he was standing right by a trash can!

Reason #76 for why I hate smokers:
The ones who don't ground out their cigarettes when they throw them on the ground. Especially in the summer when I'm wearing sandals.

*DISCLAIMER: "Smoker" being used as the largest generic group with the understanding that certain specific smokers may not exhibit these behaviors.

Open Invitation

Godspell opens tonight. I think it's a really strong show. At the very least, *I* have a good time doing it. And the music is certainly catchy.

So, you're all invited to come see it.

Three weekends of shows, with Friday & Saturday night performances (at 8pm) and Sunday matinees (at 2pm).
Show runs about 2 hours on the dot.

At the Maplewood Community Center (which is a very nice space with comfy seats). (Located south of Hwy 36 on White Bear Avenue.)

We are not likely to sell out, so you are most likely safe if you wait to buy at the door. But if you all make an effort, maybe we could sell out! {grin}
