Last night, we watched an episode of "Ultraviolet", which Nathan and Dave had never seen. Then the pizza arrived (Pizza Luce delivers to me!!). Then Nathan left, so Dave and Monte watched John Carpenter's The Thing which Dave had never seen. He ooh'd and aah'd and ick'd over the special effects.
They watched the movie, while I sat on the couch and read. One of my favorite things is reading in company, and it happens so rarely. I get to feel the companionship of other people and the luxurious joy of reading at the same time. And Monte was rubbing my feet, too!
I get chiro-crunched after work today. Then I should do some things. Maybe laundry. Call around to restaurants and ask about waitressing opportunities. Do some work on getting a photographer. I still haven't heard back from Skaht about dj'ing. He's probably trying to figure out how to say "no". Which is fine, but I'd like to hear it soon so I can move on.
Who besides Skaht do I know that could dj? Hm.
Monte will be working on webstuff tonight.
Tomorrow night is another outing with the BridesBabes. We're going on a field trip to the reception site. We'd thought about seeing a movie at the Heights too, but they're showing Frida which none of us really want to see. And Thursday is a board meeting. But the weekend stretches long and empty. I'm sure I'll fill it with something.
