Burn the Mutha Down!
Jan. 26th, 2005 11:27 amOkay, we are setting a date for the Housewarming Party. AMAZING!
It will also be a birthday party for The Monte, who will be 27.
So mark the calendar now for Saturday April 9th.
Come see our new-ish abode. (Still needing to be christened with a Moniker. Suggestions? The Lair, Arkham Asylum, the Watchtower, the MoneySnake Palace have all been taken.)
It will be warm enough that the porch might be a viable lounging place. Perhaps I will have my dreamed-for porch swing by then!
Come see if we managed to paint the kitchen a color other than bright orange!
Come see the hopefully newly-repaired bathroom wall!
Come see the Closets Of Unusual Size!
Admire the built-in cabinetry.
Pet our cats.
Annoy our neighbors.
In other news, I have exercised every day this week so far. Astounding. My arms are stiff and achey. Rehearsals continue well.
I'm considering taking a day off either Friday or Monday to do fabric shopping for the show. But I am torn as to which day will provide optimum sloth-and-productivity.
