What if Jesus was gay?

windelinaAll these anti-gay activists saying "God had a good plan for marriage and we should leave it alone" (where in the Bible is marriage defined by God?? Well, there's all that old testament stuff with the multiple wives...).
And apparently Jesus is talking to these people to tell them to discriminate against gays.
But let's really look at this guy Jesus.
- He never had sex with a woman (this is the current Christian belief. Personally, I think he and Mary Magdalen were likely married.)
- He had at least 12 guys hanging out with him all the time
Maybe Jesus isn't telling you to hate gays. Oh, wait. You don't "hate" gays, you just don't want them to have the same rights as you do. You can say it's about defending the sanctity of marriage, but I notice you're not working night and day to pass laws that outlaw divorce - likely because you'd get laughed out of the state.
Can we just give the religious freaks their own country down south somewhere and let them hate each other all they want without bothering the rest of us?
