No, I understand that point well enough, having laid it on a number of acquaintances who have quit jobs because they "didn't like the work" or "weren't happy there". Sometimes the strain of being in a job you hate (as opposed to one you just don't like, or are bored with) is severe enough that you'd be better off quitting and finding something else.
