You know you wanna!

windelinaMoving tonight! Monte gets the truck and some helpers at 2pm. Around 4pm, he'll be picking up the fridge from Mattmn. Then back to the apartment where we begin loading in earnest.
So, starting about 5 - 5:30pm.
Yesterday, right as I was on the cusp of wakefulness, with dreams still spinning in my head, my brain spat forth the phrase: "lugubrious porn". As far as I remember, I wasn't actually dreaming about porn.
But it sure is fun to say. And the idea of it - porn that is so inert it is lugubrious...it bears pondering!
Amazingly, we got 80% of the apartment packed in one evening. I would not choose to do it this way. I have not managed my time well this month. But, hey - we're mostly ready to go. We're foregoing the kitchen for tonight, but every other room is mostly ready to go.
Monte called with cats in transit. I could hear them yowling in the background: "why do you hate us? you don't love us anymore!! you're taking us someplace to abandon us, we know it!!" The cats will be locked in the upstairs half-bath for the day to make the moving easier. Well, easier for us - they sure as heck won't like it.
I will be glad to be done with July. July has been far too hectic this year.
Volunteer Party Saturday night! Woohoo!
