Suck It!
That is my new phrase.
At any rate, Paul bought me a rolypoly for a birthday treat (belated) and I bought myself a chocolate chip cookie.
While neither these, nor Paul's excellent company, actually defused my Grump - I am now at least torpid, so you have a better chance of outrunning me before I can catch you to pummel you.
But after work, I get some chiro crunching. And then I'm sure the auditions will perk me up.
Right now, I want more sugary therapy. Cupcakes!

My brother used to say that all the time because it was the main saying for Degeneration X - back when prowrestling had it's revival. They had a hand movement too. It was good stuff (not really at all).
Hah windy the wrestling fan... ;)
